June is a collaborative webcomic running from July to October 2024. Set in the aftermath of a failed rebellion, the story follows Lyra, a solemn graveskeeper and a Beast, a shape-shifter enlisted to fight in her kingdom's military. While she tries to continue her duties as normal, she's drawn to discover the truth of the rebellion, her kingdom, and her runaway lover, June.
Produced began in December 2023. The team consisted of Keira Silloway and Chai Turner as the artists, Phoebe Chan and Sam Kostakis as the writers, Luke Huston as the publisher, and myself as the creator and director.
I envisioned June as an epistolary webcomic in which each issue is a letter from the protagonist. I was inspired by Dear Alice by yuuning, a webcomic about two friends writing letters to each other through times of loss and illness. Through Lyra's letters to June, June explores grief, war, and the slow realization that everything you believed has been built on lies.

Concept art was led primarily by Chai Turner and Keira Silloway, with some art direction and input from myself and the writers.
